Cassidy Turley Announces 2,736-Square-Foot Lease for NRS Global Partners at 2300 Crown Colony Drive in Quincy
Cassidy Turley, a leader in the commercial real estate services field with extensive experience in the greater Boston office market, today announced that it has leased 2,736-square-feet to NRS Global Partners at 2300 Crown Colony Drive in Quincy, Mass., for a lease term of five years.
The Cassidy Turley team who represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT, included Senior Managing Director, Principal Sean Teague and Associates Jon Vacca and Kate McGovern. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in this transaction. 2300 Crown Colony Drive is managed by Reit Management & Research LLC, Real Estate Services.
2300 Crown Colony Drive is a three-story, 45,586-square-foot office building strategically located within the Crown Colony Office Park, approximately seven miles from downtown Boston. Built in 1999, the building has a brick exterior with punched windows and a finished ceiling height of nine feet. Crown Colony Office Park is located adjacent to the Quincy Adams Red Line MBTA station and includes a four-star Marriott Hotel and a day care center.
