1. Today will be rainy, mainly before 5 p.m. Today’s high will be 37 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

2.  The Hingham Community Access and Media station will hold an open house on January 16 at 6 p.m.  for anyone in town looking to start a television show on the public access cable station. The studio is located at 35 Pond Park Road.

3. The Advisory Committee Public Safety Subcommittee will meet this morning at 8:30 a.m. at the Hingham Police Station.

4. The Hingham Public Library Board of Trustees will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall.

5.  There will be a class about the Ski / Snowboard Waxing Basics on January 22 at REI at 6 p.m.
