Bridges by Epoch will hold a Veterans’ Day ceremony for all of their former servicemen and women Friday afternoon.
The ceremony will include patriotic songs, prayers and meditation, music by Paul Coronella and a flag-folding and pinning for the veterans.
To celebrate Veterans’ Day, Epoch has also set up a table with memorabilia from its residents who are veterans.
Bridges by EPOCH opened in Hingham this past year on Sgt. William B. Terry Drive. The senior community center is designed to meet the growing demand for residential care of individuals with memory-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
The new 5 acre, 40,000 square foot Hingham location is the first freestanding memory care community of its kind in the area. It serves patients with early, moderate, and advance stages of memory loss.
In an interview last October, Senior Living CEO and Chairman Larry Gerber said EPOCH’s entire Hingham building will be focused on serving residents with only memory loss.
