Forget waiting for "Black Friday" to begin your holiday shopping. Instead get the best deals starting Saturday Nov. 17 at the Hingham Holiday Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the high school.
The annual event had 70 vendors last year which showcased everyday items for all ages including gourmet treats, food vendors and a raffle.
Organizer Lisa Lavieri said the fair offers everything from holiday decor to fresh Christmas wreaths to Alpaca Sweaters.
"There will be a mixture of both South Shore and local vendors," Lavieri said. "There will be something there for everyone."
A $2 entrance fee will be collected at the door. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute through the Pan-Mass Challenge.
Shoppers should arrive at Hingham High School's main entrance, as vendors will be throughout the hall leading to the gymnasium.
