A partner in the Hingham law firm of Drohan Tocchio & Morgan PC is one of the authors of an article in the 2012 edition of Massachusetts Municipal Law, a primary desk reference handbook for attorneys that provides expert guidance on municipal matters.
Jeffery A. Tocchio of Drohan Tocchio & Morgan co-authored the chapter entitled “Eminent Domain Law in Massachusetts – Municipal Issues” with a colleague, Mark S. Bourbeau, Esq., now of Bourbeau & Associates of Boston. The two attorneys wrote a comprehensive description of the basic principles, taking process, types of takings and just compensation under the law.
Massachusetts Municipal Law is the first manual of its type in the state to combine an explanation of the many statutory and regulatory sources and case decisions with clear practice tips to inform both the generalist and the specialist.
