Hingham Band Advances to Finals in Marshfield Fair Competition
Replay could be taking the Battle of the Bands championship back to Hingham if they win tonight.
The Hingham band, won Thursday night's Battle of the Bands competition at the Marshfield Fair and now will advance to the finals.
The final round begins tonight (Aug. 24) at 5:30 p.m. at the annual summer fair. Replay is scheduled to go on at 8:30 p.m. and Hingham supporters are encouraged to attend.
Replay is a young Hingham rock band that has quickly developed a growing fan base since forming in the summer of 2011. The band has performed at various Hingham venues including Salsa's Stars and the South Shore Country Club.

The band members include Aidan Connerly (age 11) on keyboard, Charlie Egan (age 11) on guitar, George Egan (age 10) on drums and vocals, and Jack Wanty (age 12) on guitar. Aidan and George are in the 5th grade at . Charlie (6th grade) and Jack (7th grade) are students at . They are led by band instructor Joey Zarick, a graduate of Berklee College of Music. Zarick is the lead guitarist of the band The Indobox.
