Hingham Public Schools will be closed on Friday due to the blizzard that is expected to drop up to two feet of snow on Hingham.
In an email to parents on Thursday night, South School Principal Mary Eastwood confirmed that classes have officially been cancelled.
"School has been officially called off for tomorrow....I hope you all weather the storm really well," she said.
