Hingham Student Creates Ribbons for Newtown
The ribbons are being sold to raise money for Newtown,CT.
Hingham High School student Ryan Garrity and his family made and donated 500 ribbons that are being sold at the school to raise money for Newtown, Conn.
Garrity is a 15 year old freshman. Last weekend he asked his mother to make a green and white ribbon with an angel on it for his backpack. When a member of the school saw this, they asked them to make 500 more to sell and his whole family got together and made them.
