Bridges by EPOCH, a Hingham assisted living center for residents with memory loss, held a special Veterans Day service on Sunday for its residents who have served.
Bridges by Epoch held a Veterans’ Day ceremony Friday afternoon to honor their residents who served America.
The ceremony included patriotic songs, prayers and meditation, music by Paul Coronella and a flag-folding and pinning for the veterans.
Epoch also set up a table with memorabilia from its residents who are veterans.
Bridges by EPOCH opened in Hingham this past year on Sgt. William B. Terry Drive. The senior community center is designed to meet the growing demand for residential care of individuals with memory-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
The new 5 acre, 40,000 square foot Hingham location is the first freestanding memory care community of its kind in the area. It serves patients with early, moderate, and advance stages of memory loss.
