RE: the charges against me at Whole Foods. I did not 'load' two bags. I had put about 16 valentine cards and a bottle of oil in a bag, that contained several other bags that i shop with and totally forgot about them when i was checking out due to a personal family issue that was taking place (i was getting texts). I had paid well over one hundred dollars for my groceries and had plenty of money to purchase everything. I tried to tell them that and they were incredibly rude, defiant and intent on making me out to be a thief. FYI, another woman experienced the same treatment from WF, with a baby in a car seat, when she forgot the meat she had picked up baby blanket was covering it. I am a volunteer driver for the senior center, big sister, business owner in the town, if i were to be so stupid as to shoplift it would not be in my own town. Now I have to try and figure out how to expunge this from the public record and deal with embaressment of this being published. denise bruce

You might get shoplifting charges expunged from your public record, but what about the public record of the MA Land Court case naming you in the fraudulent discharge of multiple mortgages on your own property when you were a "mortgage officer?" The court noted the take there was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. http://masscases.com/cases/land/19/19lcr207.html

For the record, nor have i have ever been paid for the Chevette car that I sold to her back in the eighties after she crashed the car. We we dating at the time; lesson well learned.
