Court Dismisses Hingham Man of 4th Offense OUI Charge

Bruce C. Comeau, 44, of 57 Rhodes Circle, Hingham had charges of fourth-offense operating under the inluence of alcohol, driving with license suspended, and possession of a Class B drug dismissed in Hingham District Court. The charges stemmed from a March 6, 2009 incident in Hingham at 6 p.m. when police observed a blue Chevrolet without its headlights turned off pull into a driveway. Police approached the vehicle and allegedly found two baggies of cocaine during a search.

Hingham Woman Charged with Assaulting Police Officer

Alesia K. MacDonald, 19, of 40 Grove Ave., Hingham had charges of resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, and disorderly conduct continued to Jan. 8 for a probable disposition in Hingham District Court. The charges stem from a June 6 incident in Hingham at 10:24 p.m. when police were dispatched to 40 Grove Ave. in response to a report of a man acting out of control.

OUI case continued to January

Mary A. Whelan, 77, of 646 Jerusalem Road, Apt. 5, Cohasset had charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and making an improper turn continued to Jan. 24 for a hearing in Hingham District Court. The charges stem from a Jan. 11, 2010 incident on North Street in Hingham at 6:29 p.m. when police observed a blue 2000 Merdeces attempting to make a U turn before striking a parked car.

B, Plymouth, harged May 23, 2011; Joshua Lawson, 23, of 210 Everett St., Middleboro, charged June 27, 2011; Sean M. Loughlin, 25, of 150 Plain St., Hanover, charged Aug. 4, 2011; Natasha Lucion, 36, of 60 Reservoir St., Apt. 306, Brockton, charged July 12, 2010; Kevin P. Kiley, 69, of 21 Bay St., Hull, charged Jan. 20, 2011, and Kayla L. Gomes-Pereira, 23, of 19 Galen St., Brockton, charged May 16, 2011.
