Unleashed by Petco is making up for the lack of snow Hingham received this winter with a snow day just for dogs.

The Hingham Shipyard business  will transform their store into a fenced-in winter wonderland this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Outside of Unleashed by Petco, there will be a Summer Cool Zone where dogs can play in icy snow and indoors there will be play area with air conditioning and free doggie ice cream.  Dog owners will also be given cool refreshments.

This weekend event is free to the community.
