Strength Training Class for Seniors
The Hingham Senior Center hosts a Strength Training Class three days a week:
- Mondays: 9:30am with Mary Jane Butera.
- Tuesdays: 9:45am with Joan Endyke
- Thursdays: 10am with Joan Endyke
Come in and work your muscles with resistance bands, hand weights and weighted balls!
