Dear meditator,

Have you ever felt recharged after you walk in nature? It could be a short walk in the forest or the beach, and it feels good and relaxing. This is because there is this positive energy that lies within us and when we connect with the earth it gives us the recharge that we need in our life.

“Connecting with the Earth literally brings us to life. It breathes us. It restores and rejuvenates our energy field. The frequency of Mother Earth is incredibly healing. It is perfectly configured for optimal human beingness.” Anastasia

I invite you to join me for online group meditation Tuesday Aril 23rd at 7pm for a guided meditation on “The Forest.”
