“Loving kindness is a profound recognition that our lives have something to do with one another, that everyone counts and everyone matters.” 

Dear Beloved Community,

When I look back on my meditation journey, there is one practice that stands out, loving-kindness (metta) practice. 

This practice has helped me heal myself and has positively impacted my life through many challenges. 

When done regularly, metta meditation can help minimize negative emotions toward oneself and others. It can also reduce stress and physical pain.

We need joy as we need air. We need love as we need water. We need each other as we need the earth we share.

I invite you to join me for online group meditation Tuesday April 30th at 7pm for a guided meditation on “Loving Kindness.”
