To keep my body warm.

Jesus gave me a suit of armor,
To keep me safe from harm.
Both the hoodie and the armor
Provide protection as each should.
Unless I take the time to put them on,
Neither will do me any good.
My hoodie will warm my body
When the winter days get here.
My armor of God will keep me safe,
When the devil tries to come near.
If you do not use God’s armor,
To provide for each day.
You are missing a golden opportunity,
To keep Satan and his demons at bay.
God’s armor is akin to my hoodie,
It was intended to be worn.
My hoodie to brave the cold days,
God’s armor to defeat life’s storms
If you do not have God’s armor, Here is what you should do.
Read Ephesians chapter six,
A new suite of armor is waiting for you.
