Jeffery A. Tocchio of Drohan Tocchio & Morgan co-authored the chapter entitled “Eminent Domain Law in Massachusetts – Municipal Issues” with a colleague, Mark S. Bourbeau, Esq., now of Bourbeau & Associates of Boston. The two attorneys wrote a comprehensive description of the basic principles, taking process, types of takings and just compensation under the law.
