Three Hot Spots to Eat Thanksgiving Dinner in Hingham

Well three Hingham restaurants plan to make Thanksgiving dinner as easy as possible this year.  Here are three hot spots in Hingham to eat Thanksgiving dinner with the family... just be sure to call ahead as reservations are required.

1. Raffael's at the South Shore Country Club

Dinner Hours:  11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There may not be a more elegant spot in Hingham to eat Thanksgiving dinner.

Raffael’s will serve New England clam chowder, roast turkey with traditional stuffing and gravy baked honey ham, stuffed pork loin and  roasted salmon

For dessert there will be holiday pies and coffee. 

Adults eat for $27.99, kids under 12, eat for $13.99.

2. Tosca’s

Dinner Hours:  Noon to 6 p.m.

Tosca serves the finest Italian cuisine in Hingham but they also cook up a delicious Thanksgiving feast. 

The Hingham restaurant will start with a local squash soup made up of carmelized chestnuts and smoked bacon.  For the main dish, they will also offer an Italian Rosemary Ham served with smashed fingerling potatoes and wood oven braised carrots and  turkey dinner served with yukon mashed potato, Foccacia stuffing, autumn vegetables,  and fresh cranberries.

The ham and turkey meals are each $25.  The soup is $10.

3. Scarlet Oak Tavern

The Scarlet Oak Tavern is offering six different Thanksgiving entrees on Thursday that will satisfy your holiday cravings. Guests will be offered the New England Farm Style Turkey Dinner, the Pan Seared Sea Scallops, Vegetable Pot Pie, Pan Roasted Swordfish, Grilled Bone In Rib Eye, and a Surf and Turf.

The appertizer is a Scarlet Salad served with fresh greens, cranberries, crispy shallots, corn fritters, red onions and more.

The dessert menu ranges from Cranberry Apple Pandowdy to  Pumpkin Cheesecake with Bourbon Pecan Caramel to a variety of ic cream, cakes and cappuccinos.
