Bridges by EPOCH hosts educational session on pro-active brain health

It is believed that our brains can be shaped for health and that a pro-active and lifelong brain health lifestyle can help to delay the onset of neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Join us at Bridges by EPOCH, 1 Sgt. William B Terry Drive in Hingham, on Monday, February 25, at 4 p.m. for an educational session to learn more about how to keep you mind healthy and active to decrease the likelihood and/or effects of memory loss. The session will be hosted by Alicia Seaver, Executive Director at Bridges by EPOCH and a certified memory impairment specialist.

All are welcome to attend this informative, complimentary presentation, but reservations are requested.  Light refreshments will be served. For more information or to RSVP, please call 781-749-7114.
