Learn to Take Back Your Power Using Meditation - Monthly Support Group

Your survival from the abuse you endured and through adversity was heroic, which means you have all the power and resources you need to create a positive mind and a vibrant and enjoyable life.

Meditation has been scientifically studied throughout the years and proven to aid in the healing process associated with stress, mental & physical health. "Who has the time?" By meditating you actually gain more time by calming your mind, and staying focused.

We have been using meditation to help our clients improve their appearances in court, assist in controlling the triggers that cause symptoms of anxiety and stress, facilitate positive change, clarity and healing, and reduce the impacts caused by abuse.

A simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation can help you to overcome your stress and find some inner peace and balance. These guided healing visualization techniques will assist you in seeing yourself as a remarkable person who has the courage to live through adversity and rise above and beyond a kind of cruelty that never should have happened.

Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the purpose of the transforming meditations. You will be encouraged to think comforting thoughts and to know the ways in which you are safe.
