$720 Raised for Dog Hip Replacement
Patch has partnered with GoFundMe and is helping to highlight worthy campaigns in local communities.
Hope Sullivant of Hingham is seeking help covering the cost of a hip replacement for her dog Talie, who got hit by car earlier this year.
Sullivant created the fundraiser on GoFundMe.com in March and has a goal of $4,000. Patch has partnered with GoFundMe and is helping to highlight worthy campaigns in local communities.
The page reads:
"She had to get immediate surgery the day after the accident as she broke her leg, bruised her ribs and had internal bleeding. To the vet's and our surprise, Talie (aka, SUPERDOG) was able to walk the very next day! Now our little puppy needs another surgery because this rambunctious dog bent the plate in her hip and it needs to be replaced."
