Tragedy awaiting

Yesterday on Beal St at the Crosswalk In front of the Hingham toy Store complex: a blind woman with a white cane was stuck mid crosswalk while two vehicles sped past her. This lady is a resident here and walks daily.  these cars did not see me as I was watching her from the bottom of Beals cove road? that was really shameful behavior on the part of those speeding motorists and a tragedy awaiting.
