Vandalism case continued for hearing in January
Lisa M. Barnes, 39, of 38 Broad St.,Quincy had charges of attempting to commit a crime and vandalizing property continued to Jan. 7 in Hingham District Court. The charges stem from a June 26 incident in Hingham at 6:48 p.m. when police were dispatched to 170 Rockland St. for a report of a broken glass storm window. Police said they also found pry marks consistent with the use of a burglary tool.

Ronald W. Dwyer, 58, of 87 Kings Cove Beach Road, Weymouth had charges of receiving stolen property over $250 and driving with license suspeded as a subsequent offense continued to March 12 in Hingham District Court. The charges stem from a June 25, 2011 incident in Hingham at 11:48 a.m. when police were dispatched to 102 Downer Ave. for a report of a man in a blue minivan seen on the property. Police said they later found the suspect in possesion of a gold antique watch and gold chain, a gold lady's wristwatch, and two license plates, according to the police report.
