Police Log: Driving Without a License Arrests, Car Break-ins, Finger Nearly Cut Off
The following excerpts are from the Hingham police log. The arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
Saturday, Dec. 22:
At 12:35 a.m. a motor vehicle stop led to the arrest of Craig Keller, 25 of Hull, on a warrant and for having a suspended license.
At 10:46 a.m. a caller at 6 Roc Fall Rd. reported that a love seat was dumped adjacent to a dumpster, causing a road hazard. The caller believes other items may have been dumped in the dumpster without permission as well.

At 1:28 p.m. a caller reported that a youth was riding a dirt bike up and down Smith Road at 50 to 60 mph.
At 4:30 p.m., Doris Sault-Depaiz, 53 of Weymouth, was arrested at Kohl's and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation.

At 5:30 p.m., a caller reported hitting a deer on Geo Washington Blvd. The caller was not injured and the deer ran into the woods.
Sunday, Dec. 23:
At 7:14 a.m., Timothy Delaney, 49 of Hull, was arrested at Fresh Market and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and disturbing the peace.
At 10:56 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident at 100 Derby St. The driver reported that her two-year-old was fine, although the air bag did deploy.
At 4:54 p.m., a resident at 6 Seal Cove Ln. reported that their Toyota was broken into the night before and the registration was taken from the glove box.
At 6:31 p.m., a resident at 12 Boulder Glen Rd. reported that their motor vehicle was broken into the night before and a phone charger and manual were stolen.
Monday, Dec. 24:
At 12:24 p.m., Mark Bezanson, 32 of Hull, was arrested at CVS on Lincoln St. and charged with being an unlicensed operator.
At 4:36 p.m., an 18-year-old working in the deli at Stop & Shop nearly amputated his finger. He was brought to South Shore Hospital.
At 6:50 p.m., Robert Ullman, 53 of Hingham, was arrested at 452 Main St. and charged with operating with no inspection sticker, subsequent offense, and driving with a revoked license.
Tuesday, Dec. 25:
At 8:30 a.m., Brian Sheehan, 54 of Weymouth, was arrested on Lincoln Street and charged with unlicensed operation and uttering a false prescription.
At 11:42 p.m., a caller at 10 Rybolt Rd. reported a bonfire at Barnes Island.
