Hingham Students Making the Grade in College

Meghan Doherty of Hingham, MA, has been named to the 2012 fall semester Dean's List at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Nathaniel Eagan of Hingham who is majoring in History at UMass Dartmouth, has been named to the Fall 2012 Dean's List in recognition of earning a semester grade point average of 3.2 or higher of a possible 4.0.

Rachel Kalman has been named to the University of Delaware's Dean's List for Fall 2012. Kalman is from Hingham, MA.

Katrina Hess of Hingham, MA, a member of the class of 2015 at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., has received Faculty Honors for the 2012 fall semester.

The following local residents were among over 1900 students from Wake Forest University who made the Fall 2012 Dean's List:

Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, has announced its Dean's List for the Fall 2012 semester:

Jaclyn Gibbons of Hingham, MA, class of 2015, was recognized for academic excellence and achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester.

Emily C. von Loesecke, of Hingham, is participating in St. Lawrence University's International Study Program for the spring 2013 semester. von Loesecke, a member of the class of 2014 at St. Lawrence, is studying in Thailand. von Loesecke graduated from Hingham HS.

The following students have been selected for inclusion on the Dean's List for academic achievement during the fall 2012 semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York:

Sally K. Dankner, of Hingham; Dankner, a member of the class of 2013, graduated from Hingham High School.

Cameron R. Scullen, of Hingham; Scullen, a member of the class of 2013, graduated from Hingham High School.

Emily L. Valentine, of Hingham; Valentine, a member of the class of 2013, graduated from Hingham High School.
