Three Hingham High Teams Gear Up For State Tournaments

The basketball and hockey postseasons begins today.

The boys and girls varsity hockey teams  and the boys varsity basketball teams will compete in the MIAA State Tournament this week.

The boys hockey team advanced to the ten-team Division 1A tournament as the ninth seed.  They will play No. 8 ranked Central Catholic High School on Monday, February 25 at 5:30 p.m.at the Stoneham Arena.

The No. 12 ranked girls varsity team will play their first Division 1 tournament game on Wednesday at Pilgrim Skating Arena against No. 21 ranked Austin Prep at 6 p.m..

The boys basketball team (ranked 8th) will begin tournament play on Thursday against the Walpole Rebels in a home game at Hingham High School at 7 p.m..
