Hingham’s Troop One Wants Your Christmas Tree!

From the town:

Save yourself the work, mess and waiting in line. The Boy Scouts of Hingham's Troop One will be picking up trees and hauling them to the transfer station to be recycled into mulch. Consider giving a gift of tree pick-up for an elderly neighbor, family member or friend.

Tree collections will take place on Saturday, January 4th and Sunday, January 5th, as well as Sunday January 11th. A donation of $10 is appreciated and 100% of funds raised will go directly to support Hingham Scouts.

To be included in this year’s tree collection, call 781-749-2963 or visit the website at http://HinghamTreeDrive.com and click on the “Signup Page” link to reserve your pickup day.  Place the tree and the donation near the street that morning, and Scouts will come by between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. that day to pick it up.
