Established almost 50 years ago by the Heapes family, the Sub Galley moved to its current location in 1970. The family's current patriarch, John Heapes, now runs the shop and takes special pride in his homemade meatballs, soup and slow-cooked roast beef. In addition to several types of subs and pizzas, the restaurant also serves fresh chicken. The seating is limited inside, but the view from the large front window is beautiful. There is plenty of parking right in front or in a larger adjacent lot.
