Even in a misty rainfall on Sunday afternoon, the Derby Street Shoppes celebrated Halloween.

Hundreds of children participated in the annual costume parade and Trick or Treating around the outdoor shopping plaza. Afterwards, many gathered in front of REI to watch the doggy costume contest.
