Police Log: Break-in, Stolen Credit Card, Stolen Vehicle

The following excerpts are from the Hingham police log from July 12-14. The arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, July 12:

At 4:09 a.m. a caller on the 100 block of Whiton Street reported his home was broken into.

At 11:36 a.m. a caller reported a suspicious woman was taking photos of children campers from the Hingham Recreation Department.  The woman approached the children in the Hingham commuter boat parking lot and asked them questions.

At 12:36 p.m. police arrested Ryan Lamb, 33 of 31 Broad Cove Road, Hingham on Otis Street for operating under the influence of alcohol (third offense).

At 12:26 a.m. a rollover accident was reported in between Exits 14 and 15 on Route 3.  SEE STORY.

At 8:14 a.m. a caller reported a stolen vehicle on Summer Street.

At 1:02 p.m. police arrested Dennis Joel, 17 of Hingham for destruction of property and use of a motor vehicle without authority.

At 12:45 p.m. a caller reported a stolen credit card was used at the Apple Store on Derby Street.

Sunday, July 14:

At 12:35 p.m. a caller reported a customer was yelling at employees at the Dunkin Donuts on Whiton Street.
