Police Log: Suspicious Person Sleeping in Boats at Hingham Shipyard

Tuesday, June 25:

At 10:10 a.m. a caller reported an injured hawk on Highfield Road.


At 10:38 a.m. a caller reported a large turtle on the Road on George Washington Blvd.


At 10:47 a.m. a manager at the Hingham Shipyard Marinas reported a suspicious man had been sleeping in boats during the past few nights.

At 12 p.m. police arrested a 29 year-old Fall River man at the intersection of Arnold Road and Main Street for driving without a license.

At 7:42 p.m. a caller on the 400 block of Main Street reported a phone scam.
